Marcel this usually does take time and I am glad that you have a lawyer to represent you I think that was the best way forward...remember to feed those clowns nicely as they are literally a gold mine,be strong buddy.
 
Marcel try 2 to 4 years of postponements. This is the first of many. Thats what happens when the state has a bullshit docket. Nothing will come of this docket and they are just going to waist your time. 2c
 
Wishing you the best of the best Marcel,and I am sure a lot of these best wishes irritates you somewhat at times. But when you have survived this you will be so much stronger.

You know, the way life treated me so far, I am strong enough already to take on the Springboks. :(

I know I have to go trough all this. And I will. At the end I probably say, it was worth it and I would do it again. I am already working on a schedule of actions I am going to tackle, to make some progress. Hopefully I won't find more stones in my path.
 
@LuckyFish..postponments in criminal matters are inevitable n part of the process unfortunatly.I just hope the matter was marked final so if the state requests another postponement on that date,the matter might get withdrawn on that day. I know certain magistrates in bellville do not tolerate unnecessary postponments. To be honest, due to complexity ( for cops who neva do matters of this sort) I doubt the investigation will be complete on the next date,but u neva no..keepin fingers crossed for u bru

Thanks for asking, Dean.
The court date is on the 17th of May. Until then, my lawyer wants to sort this out before the date.
I am waiting for my CC registration to come through and the risk assessment should be submitted soon. So there is some progress going on. Will see to submit the aquaculture application before the court date.
Probably next month I will start raising my damsels again. All other clowns are spawning constantly, but I am not raising them. First I need my permits.
Oh ja, thanks to Robvdv, I have all shipping additives from Proaquatix at home now.
