Sounds a bit like the judge thought this was a waste of time.

Rob not 100's on this but it sounds like the prosecutor withdrew charges before the magistrate/judge made a ruling. This is a tactic prosecutors use in weak cases so that they have a chance to re prosecute in future. If the magistrate/judge throws the case out they cannot re prosecute the same case.

Anyways i am sure it is a big load off of Marcel's shoulders and we should all wish him well from here on to pursue his dreams and ambitions.

i wish it was only three times. Today was the 6th time in court.

Agreed, They must've realised they where going to see their @SS, and the case would've gone down the :61:.
