Very nice tank. Well done.
Thanks, What is weird about the torch?
Will post list of fish and corals in future posts
Still think it is a Duncan, love the green inside. Pls rem me if you ever have to get rid of one head![]()
Sound track is very nice, great choice.
Thanks Seabass, I added the waves to the track.
The fish amazingly swam to the tune of the music
Nice looking tank you have there.
That bubble is amazing, damn I miss mine.![]()
What lights and how many are you running?
Hey 2time, Im currently running
1x 54w White T5 + 2x 54w Actinics
2x 39w White T5 + 1x 39w Actinics
Im thinking of either 3 x 54w Actinics and 2 x 54w Whites or a LED setup if the budget allows
And you say your tank is 70cm high?
My tank is 120L x 50W x 70H and i'm running 8 54w T5's(2 odyssea quad units). Starting to think its too much now lol.
What make are your lights?
Hi Len, there are two heads at the base of the coral that dont get much light that I was thinking of breaking off, but its doing so well there and I dare disturb it.
What is weird is that my clown fish has homed into it and the frogspawn doesnt mind at all.
Here is a closeup pic of the Frogspawn under actinics - still not sure if its a Duncan Frogspawn
Sounds like you have too much light there. My 39w only go on for part of the day. I may be wrong but too much light to grow corals fast is not natural and long term im sure there are side effects, what I dont know
What dont you turn off two bulbs and see how your system runs - you will save on electricity as well. For this reason im exploring LED's. Its a no brainer to convert, but the initial cost will need some saving up
Guy what the heck are you doing, guys be like sell us a frag of that in no time. How much surface area does it cover.
