yes there is a blue wavey line and thats where i started it out. the manual says you can run it a lillt higher if you are running it in a skimmer. i have lifted the skimmer about 3cm and its performing alot better also been playing with the airscrew and its working greatHello Butcherman,regarding your skimmer,I had a tunze 9002,the watermark was clearly visible on the skimmer,although yours is a bigger skimmer.

Butcherman - the 1st might be a amphipod.
The 2nd is a nudibranch. I think that someone else had a similar nudi, and it was ID'ed as a algae eating nudi (I am not 100% sure of the name, though).

This is definitely a nudibranch, it is an elysia species (aka leaf slug) just not to sure which one exactly. They feed on algae, so no need to worry.
