Zaxxx New Tank. 900x800x800 cube

See i told you , you will make a stunner of a tank

Just a word of caustion..... although the yellow tail damsels are very pretty ect. Before long they will show you why they are the spawn of satan!!

Thanks:blush:... but looking at the pics now i see how filthy the tank was before we took those pics.
Yeah they chase each other around the whole time!! i should have only got 2 or 3 :whistling:.
And my poor clowns are homeless.

I agree with Evo, I had to take apart my entire reef to get rid of the yellow tail damsel when I wanted to add new fish. Get them out now if you intend to put in any corals or other fish in IMO.

LOL how many Yellow tail damsels do you have??
And i hate to be the bearer of bad news...... but those damsels will have to go. That or chances are good that almost all of your new additions to the tank will be harrased or even killed. Because the damsels will clame your whole tank as "their" territory!!

You can have them, but i would strongly recomened that you sell or swap them. And add them last when all your other fish are already in and setteled.

ZaxXx, I only had 1 in my system and it harassed about 3 fish to death before I eventually took him out. I tried nets, I tried bottles, eventually I had to take the entire reef apart (if you're bored check my link below which includes pictures of the destruction).

You might be lucky but I wouldnt risk it to be honest.

I also took my tank apart to remove my once peaceful Yellow Tail Damsel. As soon as anything is added after a Damsel, they go crazy!!!

And thanks for telling me about that Keegan!
:76:

Wanted you to learn the hard way, lmao just joking dude, Didnt know they that bad.... dont worry you'll be ok, you have a big tank your clowns should be fine for now. we can transfer them to the frag tank if they become to much? :yeahdude:

Nah they not that bad guys, you just have to keep them in pairs...that way the one is obsessed with chasing the other one and generally ignores other fish.

I have had two pairs in the last 8 years kept like that in two separate tanks and they have never harassed any other fish of mine,a six line wrasse though is truly the devil!!!!:eek:But only with wrasses and certain other fish like royal grammas etc

I suggest you remove two of them only as four in one tank is definitely too much.
