everyone is telling me to get pure white aragonite, i dont know yet hey, initial plan was to have black aragonite, then i visited @irie ivan and saw his tank and lvoed the bare bottom tank, so im really undecided at the moment, want to increase flow also, then sand will blow all over the place.

Thats why you buy double ply toilet paper...

Nice scaping Nadeem. Just make sure those rocks are stable....
The rocks on the left resting on the rockwork needs you to keep the following in mind:
cleaning glass will be a biatch when corraline grows and should you have a rock fall, the resting rock could be the pressure point and could crack glass.

a nice way to keep rocks steady on the backpane, is to use magnets :) @butcherman does that

You see this crappy pic really does not show whats going on properly, i did not do this scape so can not take credint for it, a nother bra Jerry did the scaping for me, he really did an amazing job, need to get proper pics so you can see it nicely, the cube is ina corner to 2 sides are covered with black perspex, so will never clean those 2 panes. rocks seem very stable, will check it out nicely though

Will definitely take some better pics tonight and upload those. shot for comments and advise guys

LOL, thats how I rest my rocks against glass too....

so guys this tank has been giving me some serious grief, added a flame angel and small purple tang, tank was going ok, BUT sps terrible the big stylopora has bleached out totally and so has my pink birdsnest frags, has really been hard watching these sps go down like this.

been doing 50litre waterchange, now running purigen and carbon in HOB Filter, seachem phosguard in a merlin fluidized bed filter/reactor with a small 500lt/hr pump and also running bio-cubes now.

Found that the flame was nipping coral so sold the flame angel, now considering going for a fishless SPS tank, concentration only on getting the sps nice coloured up and healthy. please tell me what u guys think.

have not seen much improvement on my sps yet, but will give it some more time and see.

sorry to hear, yes fishless will help...
SPS only will renew the spirit...

if i may voice MY opinion, water changes may cause some instability, so make changes slow and focus on a stable alk value

ok,are you suggesting a smaller water change like 25litre per week, or split 50litre into 2 x 25litre waterchanges a week?
reason for this large waterchage with a good salt is because i dont dose anything at the moment, so rely on WC to replace minerals. only have about 8 pieces of sps in tank and most are medium sized frags

have been told now that i HAVE TO at elast get some trace elements and dose that, so will be getting that this weekend and start with that.

thanks for advice Dallas, appreciate it bra

Ahw that sucks

im telling you bru, suck big time. my first try at SPS, and really off to a crappy start

50litres a week with good salt will cost more but will replenish elements... I talk from experience...however, u can still brake it up into 25litres twice a week .... Els once a mnth as recommended but then u will hav2 dose alk, cal,mg etc to keep values stable ..... So one way costs more but less effort and vice versa

Some updated pics

Wow man, that is a real surprise!!! Your tank is looking stunning man! Well done!
I was still expecting a semi empty tank...
Following with a keen eye!
Aquascaping also came out great!!!

Shot guys, Yo devesh, the LED is fantastic, had issues with sps at beginning but seems good now, spos starting to colour up a bit.
Thanx Visser, tank is still ver much empty lol, have not added much, just the rock and the scape makes tank look a bit full, taking it slow with coral though. Things have been going well since into of phos remover and bio cubes
