MistaOrange Strikes Back

Ag no man Michael... How must we give you suggestions if we cannot see the room?? Or did you not tidy it before you left this morning?? :)

If the overall tone of the room is light, and you want all the focus on your tank, go for dark then. It would contrast nicely. But do keep the finishing in mind... Glossy would draw the attention away from the tank, to everything that reflect on the cabinet... Matt tones would be better.

If you have a lot of wood in the room already, choose a color closest to the dominant color, otherwise it will just make the room cluttered.

It again depends on the rest of the room furniture... If it is all satin & organza, then yes...

What did you plan to paint it with?

Oh my... Mirror mirror on the wall... Ehm oops no... On the cabinet....:)

If that is what you like, go for it...

I prefer the cabinet as is.
no need to paint it.

So I was busy with the adding the ts2 into the sump & noticed something looking like a snorkel in the sand so I moved the sand & saw a snail. Nice I've life in the tank & didn't think to check the sand to see if there was life in it. Anyway a little bit later I went to check on the skimmer as it was working overtime at first & noticed there was a second snail, cool more life. Getting really excited now but going to take it easy & not rush things with this tank. This morning I switched off the skimmer & added prodibio biodigest & ammo stop so let the bacteria start working it's magic.
