I have a 650 x 650 cube (180L), sumpless.

Flow:
Reef Octopus HOB skimmer with OTP-2000 pump.
2 x SICCE Voyager V3 pumps running at lowest flow setting.

The specs for both my 4 foot tanks (250l-ish) are :

Return pump in sump : Hailea HX-6540 2880l/h
Powerheads : 1 x Seio Prop 1500 5800 l/h and 1 x Seio Prop 100 3800 l/h

Methinks I need to invest in a wavemaker of sorts..

Tank 50cm x 50 cm x 45

Return 2000lph

Flow Vortech MP 10 (cranked it up to 100% in various modes I think one more and Ill be satisfied with the flow)

2000x700x700mm DT

Aqua Medic OR 6500 main pump (probably running at around 5000L/H at its operating head)

2x Aqua Medic Ocean Props (15 000L/H on random flow setting)
2x Vortech MP40s (12 000L/H, running at around 50%, cant remember their programmes)

My flow is probably unnecessily high for a mainly softies system, but I like the randomness and lack of dead spots created by the big 4 flow pumps positioned 2 and 2 on each opposite long side of the tank.

1200x 600 x 600 - 432 L
Eheim 1262 return pump
2 x Tunze 6100 and 2 x Tunze 6060 on 7096 controller.

1200 x 600 x 600
Eheim 3000 plus return pump
2 x 6105's on 7096 controller
Run on long pulse at about 60% power.

Tank : 500x500x500
Return : 2000l
Display : 2 Tunze 6055,s with multicontroller

Tank 1800 *900* 700 peninsular setup. Partition 300 mm from back wall, behind wich are 2 banks of pumps each containing 1* Tunze 6105, 1* Tunze 6100 , 1 * Sun Sun. Return flow is through centre screened cutout. Rockwork is in U shape with bottom of U against the partition forming caves / ledges through which return current flows. Setup encourages clockwise laminar flow on one side of the tank and counterclockwise laminar flow on other side.
One 4000 lph pump feeding four standpipes via an Oceanmotion
Sump return pump is 2000 LPH.

the Abyzz pumps are amongst the best you can get titanium shafts and incredible bearings with huge controllability they are the best money can buy when it comes to aquarium pumps imo
