Ok guys, i have just witnessed one of the most amazing things ive ever seen im my years of marine keeping!!!
One week & 3 days ago, I installed the new IntelliSun over my frag tank & programmed it with a moonlight cycle to start at 19:00 to 02:00.
About an hour ago, ALL my euphillia corals spawned at the same time!!!!! WWWOOOWWW!!!! 3 large hammer corals at the same time!!! There must really be something special about the IntelliSun,s color spectrum if the corals start spawning!!!
Unfortunately i could capture only the large hammer in a photo while spawning! Hope you guys like it, because i think its absolutely amazing!

what do you think these will be selling for in SA?
@simonmcgill, they retail for R3300 for the 85W units with a controller & R2400 without a controller. Not sure on pricing of the larger units yet...

Buy a 170W unit for your "Smaller compartment" of your massive tank & let us know how it works for you, lol.

Lol, they cube is really doing fantastic! All the corals still look extremely happy since installing the IntelliSun, & I'm sure its not going to change!
I will do a full update over the weekend as I finished the "side by side" design (dual tanks), & will upload a picture to show you guys!

I have about 10 sps frags in the tank. The growth rate seems to have increased slightly, but the impressive part is how they colored up!
The colors on all the sps have increased dramatically on all of the frags!
I will try to get some pictures over the weekend!

The corals still really seem to love the IntelliSun (been using it a full month now), & I couldnt be happier with it!
I got a couple new corals & frags as well. I added them at night, & the next morning, they all opened up fully!
Since last week, i turned the output of the IntelliSun down to a max of 70% on all channels as some of the lps & sps corals didn't seem to like the extreme light output. From the next day, all the corals was happy as always!
The corals still really seem to love the IntelliSun (been using it a full month now), & I couldnt be happier with it!
I got a couple new corals & frags as well. I added them at night, & the next morning, they all opened up fully!
