Rock shipment arriving tomorrow.

Ok guys so our shipment has arrived....my hands are raw and cut after packing out all the rock but worth it...rock is better than liverock and arrived clean as a whistle....no smell or die off straight out the boxes.

I opened the first box and wow!!! rock is all bubblewrapped like a baby

Once I peeled back the bubblewrap the shock sets in...this stuff is better than any liverock I have ever seen...I picked up a piece and it truly is lighter than any rock I have touched,even lighter than the old ultra premium Fiji we used to get

Can you see the barnacle shells on this rock?? amazing to think its never touched the ocean...

Guys I am really impressed with this stuff,great to see a product that lives up to its name.
It is clean ,pest free,full of bacterial life,looks better than live rock,VERY porous and light.

Its win win for us and the Reef :thumbup:

With this stuff there is no need to ever import liverock again....you can have your cake and eat it ...AWESOME!
 
Please note I have NOT cherry picked any specific rock for the photos as they ALL look as good as each other...AMAZING
 
We do still have some rock if anyone is keen....rock is ready to go into a an aquarium...no curing or cycling required...
 
hey guys,i managed to get my hands on some of this rock and i have to admit that i am very impressed!! color is awesome..texture is perfect... and its quite "light" so you should get quite a bit for kilo value... nice one @flappy ;)

Hi Chris..yes we have stock, how many kg do you need?
Shipping to JHB is really inexpensive, we sent 30kg the other day for around R300 shipping.

Hi Flappy, I am currently looking at around 3 to 4 kg, I currently have about 10kg lr in my tank and 2kg base rock. Just want to add a bit more to make it a bit higher. And do a bit of a rescape. Is there any lfs down in jhb that maybe stock it? Also not sure of what pieces I should use, would it make my tank recycle with that amount of rock?
