Lets get this thread started
I've been reef keeping for quite a while, lets say about almost 2 years. One can never Know enough, always learning and becoming open minded about ideas and spending hours on internet Reading. Its been fantastic journey and sometimes not but well worth gaining the knowledge. I've changed From Boyu TL550 reef tank, 1.2m reef tank, 1m fowlr, 2m fowlr and now back to a small manageable reef tank again. With in less than a 2 year period, that's bad I know but now this tank is the Last change, I hope. Had wife moaning since day 1 about reef keeping and I wasn't ready to give it up. So then i had it all weighed out, Whaa Laa (Magic)

65cm X 65cm
Height:55cm Water level:50cm
10mm glass
Sump size :
35cm X 50cm
Height:40cm Water level:30cm
6mm glass
and all the moaning stoped
it had been the size all along.
So let me get back to what I should be talking about. So guys and girls this tank has been running for 2 months l have basically started adding coral about 3 weeks ago already as all forms of filtration added to system has came out of mature tank that had been running since 1 November 2011.
So I will start thread from the beginning as if its been built again from over
Lighting : 150 watt Aquamedic 16 000k MH runs 8hr
Filtration : Live Rock, culerpa, Filtersock, and purigen
Hardware : Reef octopus skimmer Dnw 110, 12 000lph sun sun flow pump, 3500lph Atman return pump and ATU.
Additions in future : Vortech mp10 or mp40 and supplementary light dual T5. I am still considering of Changing over to Zeo, but need to do some more homework before and haven't seen a Zeo running display tank around.
Your inputs will be highly appreciated.
