Click and the "read more" section on that page and it brings down the tank specs. Working out volume using dimensions given wont get you anywhere near 106 litres.

If you going for sylvania tubes, go for the Marinestar as a "white". Its rated as 15000K. I have three of those and then three blue lights.

Definitely possible. I use the Lamphouse ballasts to replace the broken ones on my ATI unit. Also use Lamphouses Sylvania tubes. How deep/wide is your tank? Might want to consider six tubes. You'll also need reflectors for the lights.

What water level is the skimmer in? That could be a reason for it overflowing

Welcome to MASA!! Glad to hear your tank is almost done cycling. Ill answer some of your questions: 1 - How high is your temp? Depending on how high it is (being in somerset west im guessing it an get a bit high), you may need a chiller. Fans/stc route do work if the temp doesnt get too high...

No they not. Crab will eat them. Anemone definitely not happy either. How about you post a pic of your tank?
