Sean's Concrete tank Photos

Wow, your tank looks amazing Sean, what a beaut - well done ;)

you got my vote for tank of the year thats for sure!! Sean.
Have you tray putting the video cam in a glass box and submerge it under water wile recording.

Thank you Ben.

But I have already lost a Cybershot using an almost similar method. There is no way I am dropping a R6 K camcorder in the water-

Learned my lesson :lol::lol::whistling:

LOL.... Sean - what the hell happened to that Sea & Sea DX8000 you bought? This camera IS WATERPROOF, AND has FILMING Capabilities! if you don't want it anymore- you can always pass it on - my way!?!?!?!? LOL! Please it MAN!

Jacques, I found a housing for the Canon, which gives me better light setting options. Actually forgot about the Sea& Sea. Will take some "snorkel" pics during December. Will let you know if I want to part with it as I am not using it that much;)

Sorry Jacques, me bad for posting not so clearly. I have the Ikelite. What I meant was, I did not know that you can get anything else for the 350D other than the Ikelite

Jeez, just checked your links. I paid way less than these prices. They mad:" Price range: R15,799.00 - R15,799.00

Yeah - I saw the prices..... If it was not for the prices I would have LONG LONG LONG time ago already got me an Ikelite for my old Analog Sony Video Camera..... :(

BUT - My Canon A-520 still does the job - barely..... I could not take any more decent pics of my tank with the Canon A-520 anymore - therefor the Nikon D40! LOL!

sanyo just released a new water proof camera, no case needed, about R4500, and can go 1.5m deep :)

Fantastic sean, when did u change the clown im sure it was a different 1 before?

Is that the edible prawn in there i see?

Yip, the edible prawns Ziyaad. You are right. It is a different clown, as I gave the previous one away- kept on biting my wife's hand

Shaun, still alive, dunno what snail it is, been in the tank for a long time now, just first time I decided to take a pic of it, as I saw small tubeworms on the side of his shell- check at the bottom side of the shell
