Ag no man.
This is very sad news.

My condolences to his family and friends.
Lets have a in depth look into getting stray currents sorted out ppl.
Something like this must not happen again.

Please post something to sort out this problem, i know there's alot of good electricians that can help on the forum.

I also got a big fright when i read this cos a while back when i did a water change i kind of shocked myself when i put my hand into the water change water.
I extended the power head cable and the part i joined fell into the water and i never saw it.

Man this is a sad time for many.

Make sure your tanks are grounded properly.

Sad to hear what happened and maybe the thread below could have avoided what happened.

Grounding a tank is safe for yourself, family members, etc. , but not for inhabitants.

I actually feel kind of bad, that I have started this thread not earlier, but I didn't know the facts right in time.
