once every two days but just a little not too much.
lets hope the clowns dont start hosting in the hammer as they could kill it if they irritate it too much!
looks good like the scaping man gives you depth of field if you had say a whole lot of zoas or something of that sort along that rock wall.
i think the bug has bitten and you will upgrade to a bigger tank during 2010

or if your scared you'll rip them apart then place the rock on the rock wall so that they will eventually grow onto the rock wall...

which one? the polka dot?yellow with blacks spots or the white/silverish ones?
they are fine but when they grow bigger(and they can grow quite large for a nano) they may eat corals.....how big is this one?buy it only if it is very small and you know you can provide it with a bigger home after maybe six months.too keep it longer than six months in a nano would be cruel
oh yes and did i mention that some species can give of toxins when severely stressed or dying? that said i had two so far a tiny yellow box that got sucked into my overflow and crushed by the pump and another one that simply died in the first week but did not poison my tank so its your choice...

Another question...
As I'm already pumping water out of the tank for the chiller, is it worth using that for anything else like an external skimmer or a sump or something. Not sure if it is worth any hassle on this tank.

yip will hook you up next year.
You can add a ump to yur system if you want to with a ts1 skimmer and dsb.
But with a 10%wc or 15%wc per weekwill sort out any problem before they accure
not a skimmer no,they are not pressurised....maybe a po4 reactor or or carbon in a cannister filter.
