My New Fish Breeding room

okie so my little experiment worked, so now i have a 6mx6m fish room i am building for breeding.

once built and fitted i am going to test with 1 pair clowns, 1 x pair shrimp
I have built a clam breeding setup based on info and stuff i got from the marshall islands reserve, so will see how it goes
then go from there

I will post my design when i have completed it in sketchup.

a nice alternate salt i am looking at is a 2 part from USA called B-Ionic, so i can get water and NaCL from here and make my own.

@LuckyFish if you have the time, i would love to learn more and chat about breeding etc. you can PM me your email or i can send mine

thanks...
i got all the tanks, sumps etc
now just tiling and adding an insulated roof
going to be using geo-thermal cooling and heating
going as green as possible
 
its not commercial, its the next step or challenge
Everything is in my fish room etc

but should i want to go further i have all the paper work ready and zoning

I have a degree in Nature Conservation so I've been thinking about something like this from a conservation point of view... I want to also start breeding... :( Fish I mean... :blush:
 
me too! i suppose after clowns will try dottybacks and chromis

Thanx bud.. That would be great.. I'm looking into bangais.. Clowns and seahorses..( Hippocampus erectus). I've got my clowns breeding tanks ready.. Just waitng for my skimmer.. And my fish room to be compleated.. So still lots of work to do.. I've got my phyto cultures running but still need to get my hands on some rotifers
 
Going to follow, I am thinking of setting up a clown fish, banggai cardinal an seahorse breeding room.............good luck with everything...... ; )
 
I have a pair of breeding boxer shrimp its pregnant at the moment and i would like to take the egg out when they are layed but how do the eggs look like please tell me and if i do get them who can help me with breeding them
