so you just strain the frozen food after defrost then soak it in those vitamin liquids? :)

Yes Defrost the frozen, then add a drop of R/O water and add my Vita Chem and let stand for 30min and then feed the fish. I will all so use Immuvit and Lipovit every other day also letting it stand for 30min giving the vitamins time to draw in to the frozen food before feeding. I also feed flakes and pellets.

who makes vita chem?

man you guys take good photos. i cant wait to upgrade my camera and try match the clarity and quality of your pics, nice to have a bar to chase :)

mind if i crit the aquascape slightly? just my thoughts as such. The twin arches (lord of the rings and all that) seem to be too high and open to me. Id be inclined to keep the height of them but add a rock at the back section (especially on teh left hand side one) so as to create more of a cave structure as opposed to a swim through as you have it now. I think a number of your fish would apprreciate it, the blue throat (my fav fish) and CBB in particular.

Id be inclined to take the right upright support of the arch forward slightly, twisting the swim through almost 45 degrees, than add a small piece of LR behind the right side, closing the back of the arch to form a cave but leave a exit at the back so you still have the swim through.

the right side is nice, especially with the cleaners setting up station but id suggest moving the hammer (i think it is on the sand?) andbridging low over that area so that the ric mound and the arch are better joined and will hide the overflow slightly,a nd then add in a sun coral or the like into it.

please note im suggesting this from a one dimensional view as I see the tank on my screen, it may be totally different in real life.

either way lovely tank.

id suggest upgrading the flow you have into vortex or tunze's controlled. i think your LR will do far better for it and that tank has all the aspects it needs to mature beautifully.

WoW, Thanks Crispin for taking the time to go over the photos in such detail, it is greatly appreciated.

That multi vitamin from brightwells should work the same? Lol are you talking about benoni pets with the awesome set up and crappy service?
