Matt's 7L Pico tank

My little boy started venturing out a bit today - definitely getting braver. Snapped a pic of him - excuse dirty glass i didn't want to scare him by cleaning the tank

Tried feeding him but he didn't seem interested. Tried New Life Spectrum food for tiny fish. Perhaps I should go pick up some frozen brine/mysis? Hasn't eaten since i got him (sunday)

I got my Yellow Head sleeper goby to eat by feeding live brine shrimp for a week and then slowly introduced frozen brine shrimp and small pellets.

Good luck, hope he eats soon!!!

BTW Awesome looking tank.:)
 
Update: My yellow clown goby went tile surfing the other night. Quite gutted actually as he was getting bolder and enjoying his new living space...

Fragged my one green striped mushroom last night. Frag seems to be healing well.

Picked up a green clown goby. Awesome fellah! Lets hope this guy does well. I'm going to take extra precautions here.

I wish I could get a green clown goby...I saw Pet Stop got in but I wont be able to get around there soon..maybe I should buy online...

WOOHOO Green clown goby ate for the first time today! :) Ate some frozen mysis
 
Update time! Been so busy haven't touched the LED mod... I got engaged and i'm moving shortly, so this whole setup (including all livestock, all hardware including nano RO unit, heater, digital thermometer and 2 x 25L containers) will be for sale shortly. I'm looking for R1200 for the lot. If interested please PM me.

Red zoo's - you can see a baby forming at the bottom there so they're quite happy in this PICO :)

Gorgeous macro algae - think this could be my favourite thing in the tank! Growing like mad so i've pruned it a bit. Using it here also to control nutrients in the tank. So far no nuisance algae at all.

Green striped shroom - fragged this guy a month ago - two baby frags floating around tank waiting for them to attach. You can also see a little blue star in the pic

Neon GSP - confined to the front of the tank and they don't spread on the substrate so don't have to worry about them taking over
