Hi guys !!

Finally getting the time to start up this thread will tell you all I know now, but will put up a description of the tank, livestock and filtration tomorrow. and pics !.. lotsa pics I will add pics of all sump compartments and of live stock and FTS etc. all tomorrow

It is my fathers tank, he lets me choose the livestock that goes in (best thing ever, I get a huge tank and all the LS I want but he pays LOL)... that was the agreement since he only wanted the not the hobby, but he is starting to get hooked so I dont have that much of a say anymore and he does alot of the maintenance on the tank these days

The tank was built by Exotic Aquariums and they also came and installed it ... got it running with all equipment, live rock and water...( my dad was not in to the hobby that time so we decided to get help...)

Dimensions: DT 3250x600x700
Sump: 1500x470x450

UPDATE

Added today

2 Yellow Tangs
1 Sailfin Tang
1 Purple Tang
1 Cleaner Wrasse

The Purple tang is a bit beat up from the Regal, but it has cooled down now..

The Sailfin was also pestered a bit but then stuck with the Yellows

The Yellow tangs stick together, no one messed with them from the start...

All of them are continuously eating of algae off the rocks..

Pics
Two Yellows chowing down on algae whilst stiking together

Purple and Sailfin chowing algae on same rock few minutes later

@ Annoying - Thanks alot, I also love pics... sorry to hear about your tank ... the same thing almost happened with this one ... but we were home luckily and could put on a small generator...

Thanks and I feel the same way

excellent skimmer bra and equipment and tank looking stunning

Thanks for the comment, its a lot of hard work from me and my father...

I like the length of the tank. But I would have done the scaping a bit different, into 3 distinct islands to boost the length of the tank even more. But that is me.

The 2 yellows, sailfin and purple all look a lot smaller than the Naso. Just check them out as they grow up. ALthough they do swim together now, the yellows could become agressive towards each other as they grow bigger. But I think on that length tank, it should not be a problem. By the time I'm ready to do a bigger tank, they should be grown up and I can learn from your fish if the tank length is ok. I got this idea that started to grow in the back of my mind for a similar size tank. So lets re-check by June next year.

very impressive and think you got potential!

however, i think you can do better with the big pile of rock work. it doesnt do the tank justice

Good work and keen to see this tank in a few years:)
