LOL Marc, looking awesome . Adriaan & the guys really did a great job there.

Now go get that thing on the stand & filled up ...its been 15 mins alread ;)

Har har, got 5 chaps coming on saturday to move to the stand, then its plumbing, drying and the dreaded FW test - hope to start the RO drip into the tank sunday - just got new filters and resin from marco - then off to UK, so will have to wait a few weeks till I can add salt

Coming along nicely Marc, the guys did a great job sorting out that eyesore of an overflow :p

Good luck with the new tank, its got some big shoes to fill, with your current tank having been such an awesome system!

As you can see from the plumbing, I have followed Adriaans advice and put a ball valve on the overflow (noise reduction)

And with the return, I have plumbed in 2 ball valves for the returns to the tank, which come out on top as well as a ball valve off the side to the chiller, chiller will return to the sump.

question for the pressure gurus, as you can see from the below pic, I have a 25mm feed from the MD70 return pump (I think it is 5500l/hr) which then gets converted to 32mm PVC, which has a T-Piece to 20mm for the chiller (with a ball valve) and carries on to another T-Piece of 32mm PVC with 2 ball valves for the 2 return pipes. Do you see any issues with this setup?
