I would be suspicious of a unit that doesn't get very specific about their leds. With the cover, you cannot see them, but it appears they are the small lowpower leds. For a nano tank, this may work fine, but on a tank more than 12" or so deep, I think you will find them inadequate. Their lumens per watt ratio is too low.
Not that such units are completely useless, but their use is very limited (shallow nano tanks). This is a reason one needs to understand the various standards of leds and what they will bring you.
