Hi Calvin
I'm going to do some searching for info on the
tisbe sp ,pseudocyclops sp or even tigriopus californicus ( however as a last result as with artemia)
Do you have any shortcuts, I'll be getting hold of some artemia which are good quality and likely to have a good hatch rate, I'm considering decapsulating but know how to make a system to separate the newly hatched artemia from the shells. Would you go with the artemia, can you remember if you used the artemia only or also used the other foods. Once I get them large enough I can supply them with collected live foods if they accept them. I feed the adults live shrimp, amphipods, mysids, isopods and copepods but it will be more of a challenge to find small enough live foods for the seahorse fry until they get larger.
I am also hoping to get scarlet cleaner and peppermint shrimp to provide an occasional supply of live foods (when they breed), but that will only provide a very short term and irregular change to the diet.
