I personally think that even though there isn't a huge market for wild Dominos, there would probably be a great market for captive bred fish. It's always better to have a supply that does not make a dent in the worlds ocean populations. Besides, the Domino is one of the first 2 fish, along with the clown fish, that caught my eye before I started keeping fish. For all their faults, the Domino is still a strikingly beautiful fish. Even if the deep black fades with age.
