Viper, I unfortunately lost the Sohal. Lost a lot of weight and was being bullied by the other tangs. I locked them all up in the catching chamber and fed him intensively but he never recovered. I want to try a clown tang instead of replacing him with another sohal, they have similar temperaments but I think the clown has amazing colours. Also you don't see them too much any more.
 
I see two options here

1 - send you my address so you can drop my tank off thanks for looking after it so nicely

2 - the frag clippers!!!!

Rob when you say "clown tang" are you referring to a lineatus? If so have you seen what adults look like? they go like this.

That's a shame, was looking forward to seeing him nice and big. Those clown tangs are gorgeous too, one of my "gotta have" fish for if I ever get a big enough tank.
 
I think its about time I pull in with my Gill net or garden sheers! You have too many fish and too little swimming space!!!! Perhaps I'll help you decide..... Perhaps I'll bring both!!!

I looked it up. Somewhere these fishes juveniles look a bit like our liniatus and are called purple liniatus. Our Liniatus is very closely related to the Sohal and I suspect that they would kill each other is put together, I will try a nice Liniatus.

Crispin, the Harlequin I sent to a friend who was looking for a mate for his, as my corals were battling last winter and I was unsure if the lower light as well as the harlequin were putting too much pressure on them. I think it was something else so will get a new one soon.

The golden angel is beautiful but a little secretive. I have never got a decent pic of him.

A pretty coral, the new growth looks like a melting candle.

Picture (bad one) of the huge purple monti. It is well over 10mm thick and very strong, very different from a normal monti. Also about 600mm diameter.

im comming to get a decent pic of that golden angel then....might take me a few hours, so warn the wife and I'll bring the red wine:)
