ok all went to doc. and it is infection from coral on strong antibiotics. he said if worse thursday will have to go back.

moral of story ware gloves... its not worth loosing a hand or finger

I use a 10% peroxide (not 20%) solution to bubble coral cuts clean when I dive. I seam to get rid of all protein/poisons in the wound. But I am not a doctor, if it does not clear in a day, go and see a doctor and even take an X-ray. Had a diving buddy that nearly lost his leg and the bit of coral inside was les than 5mm.
