r0ckf1re's 1st Marine tank

Agreed! Nem will just finish the tank of nicely! Got a small one from a guy shutting down his system. Size of a R5 coin. Got some cool colors. My tank only about 2 months and it's been doing well for the two weeks I've had it. Less temperamental than some of my other corals even. I took the gamble, couldn't let the deal pass by. Got it for R200 on a rock with some palys.

Tank is looking great! You moved very quickly. It's a good thing I'm an hour drive away from any fish shops! I would've been even more broke.

Lets give this a shot, hope the video works. Feeding time, a cube of Mysis and a piece of a cube of Lobster eggs. I got a feeding station and made a plan.

PS: Notice the Cleaner Wrasse, lots of people say they wont make it in Home Aquarium cos they only eat Parasites, mine is the first to any food, and he also eats Nori. Sharpest fish in the tank when it comes to getting to food #relieved

mine also goes bonkers at feeding time, my favorite time is lights out time, the way he sleeps and curls in the weirdest rocks

Hahahaha, dude I thought mine won't make it thru the night the first time. I was so worried, the next morning was exciting to see him swimming around.

What substrate did you use in your tank? I'm really liking the look of your tank.... Awesome.
Hope when I get my DIY project running my system will look as good as yours. Weldone!
 
Once a week I Clean the glass and try and remove as much detritus from the sand as I can.
