hey guys, sorry.....i got a new macbook pro laptop and for some reason it wont load masa, i could not logon all week end until i got back to my desk top, im busy with viper now trying to see if theres a trick i should know about. will send pm's shortly...............

Have you tried in a different browser?

Does it give you an error message or just doesnt load?

what OS version are you running? (Click the apple logo top right and then about this mac)

I work in apple support :) need to call you tomorrow anyway, we'll see if we cant sort out your issue
