new 3.2m tank

think it is time for an update. all my coral are in good health, as well as the fish. i bought a emperor Angel end of last year, which brought sickness into my tank and i had some fatalities, so my fish stock are not high at the moment.

Gee man, looking good. What is the biggest coral you have, some look massive.

the Sinularia is quite big, had already fragged is a couple of times, as well as the Euphyllia. my sump now filling with them. the center accro slowly but surely getting massive :). I any one passes through Bloem you're welcome to collect some Euphyllia frags.

I'm not dosing calcium at the moment because the growth is to fast. only using my calcium reactor once every 3 months.

the frag i have currently is these (green to b fragged l8r this year).

Ed, apart from using a calcium reactor once every 3 months, do you dose anything more to keep things stable.

How long have you run the calcium reactor? Any areas of concern when using one? Does it simplify things?

How about a few pics of the engine room.

for me it simplifies it allot, i like it that way :). i run my reactor till the co2 is finished 2 months about. and i do water changes monthly (more or less). ppl may think i'm, mad, but i don't want my coral to grow too fast, i don't like an over grown tank, and not allot of ppl around to give frags to.

Sounds simple, what make of reactor do you use.

And give away frags, well I am trying and hoping it works out for my elected beneficiaries. Then you can grow them big again. Thanks Ed.
