mag dosing

Guys my magnesium is a bit low 1080 so been dosing with reef foundation C but lost the brochure so only dosing 3 mil and testing, does anyone have the correct dose amount and how long do you have to wait to retest to see that mag is increasing. TIA
ps. Cal and .kh are ok just mag was low.

Hi butcherman, It's 4ft tank, 320 litres and yes it's a liquid dose sorry forgot to add that.
