The tank is looking great man. Just a few more steps to go before we start populating this baby. I can't wait to go hunting. Ansteys here we come.

Washing the play sand for the DSB

one bag of play sand was'nt enough so I ended up with a shallow sand bed.
Need to pay Reggies a visit again :whistling:

Your system is looking like it has great potential, well done LL.

Couple of points though:
1) please make sure your scrubber light is properly fixed to the frame. You dont want that thing getting accidently bumped into the sump !
2) is it better to spray the rear glass panel with paint or use a backing sheet? Surely the latter is better as it allows one to reverse the tank display when the front glass gets badly scratched?

•The scrubber lighting is going to be changed. Still planning how to build and mount it.
•And for the glass that is a good idea but its a mission to turn the tank around. Would'nt it be hard to move with all the plumbing in place?!
