Just a quick big up to Marco @The Waterboy,

Called him on Fri as my TDS readings crept up to + 10, I asked him what was needed, he advised me exactly what I needed, he could have easily of sold me a RO membrane as I would have taken his word for it, but he did not.

Goods arrived on Mon morning, fitted filters last night and TDS back to 0

A+++++++++++ for service !!!!

Me too loves him, he prepared all the stuff I want on Friday already to be sent on Monday, and guess what, I am sitting in the bush with the Modem on a kak laptop.
 
And he gives the best beginner advise too...:thumbup:

i must be honest and tell you that as you know we run a water purification company, and basically do what we do here as a hobby and small side bussiness, however with the ever growing community of charlatans in this trade , i must be honest and tell you we had been looking at moving away from the aquarium trade a bit........but comments like those above and public demand have made us decide not to.....and in-fact we are now expanding and have linked up with distribution companies so that all lfs's country wide will be able to obtain our products next day from distributor........at cracker prices!
so look out for some exciting new products and packaging ideas in the next few weeks to come.

durban, but we have agents everywhere......and will soon have our units distributed country wide to all stores via cks imports:thumbup:
look out for the units soon with the new packaging that doubles as a top up storage with all fittings included.........same price, functional packaging
