Please note this is the sizes you have to work with

First thing you need to do is open the file location where you have your stored pictures:

Once you found where you saved them you have 2 options to obtain the details(sizes/file types/resolution)

1) in a blank area within the window that contains you pictures
simply right click->Select "View"-> Select "Details"

2) On the top right hand side of the picture window you have a button similar to this(Depending of course if you run Windows 7/8 or Windows XP)

Select the little dropdown arrow highlighted in Yellow->Scroll the slider till it is inline with the "details" option

Once you have gone and changed the view you can now see the current size of the file/picture. As highlighted below in blue.

Now refereing back to image # 2. We can see that the image we are trying to upload in this example is way bigger than the limiting 200kb's

how doe we fix this:

With mouse in hand(the one used to controll the computer and not the cat)

Simply right click on the picture you are looking to edit-> Select the option "open with"-> Select the "Microsoft Office Picture Manager" shown below in image 6

Once the picture editor opens select the below option"Edit Pictures":

After selecting this option a new window should appear on the right hand side of the Picture Editor as seen below in image 8

Select the "Resize" option:

Select a Precentage thus keeping all pictures square or similar to the larger picture taken and change the pixels by either clicking on the up and down arrows or manually typing in a percentage amount. Note the size of pixels change as you manipulate the Percentage

Once you are happy with the size and it corresponds to the requested size and Pixel dimension as advised in image 2, click on the file option and select the "Save As" option and give the picture a different name ie: Anthiasmaller.jpg

Hope this helps out a little in your quest to becoming the ultimate MASA picture uploader, cause those pics are in demand and well sought after.
