Corals I am looking for

Alan, I am planning a trip down to Durban on Tuesday, but I will give you a call as soon as it is confirmed. To the other Members, I live in Richards Bay, and can only receive stuff in the vicinity or if you do not mind to ship, I'll cover the expences

No problem Sean, will be a pleasure to meet you.

sean julies pets in gateway got one of these : Pseadopterogorgia - Sea Fan

... I Started my big tank and it will be finished in the first (Hopefully-if the wife doesn't have more crazy ideas) week of September ... to maybe source the corals I am after so that it can be here (if you have to order) by the 02nd week of September

Umm, is that not rather too soon after setting up the tank...

It would be prudent, IMHO, to ensure that the tank is really well cycled and stable before introducing so many corals all at one time. Personally, I would let the tank run for at least two months after it's cycled before such a large addition.

True, but I have an existing system that is well matured(sump plus display) as well as a 500lt sump I started about 2 and a half to 03 months ago and the big sump has already gone thru the cycle thing (yea, I do have fish and chaeto in my new sump) to help the maturing process, so it is just a matter of switching over.

In The top photo of the display tank, you can see the old existing sump below

This is the 500lt sump for the new, big tank

I also stripped a friend's marine tank(about 03 years old tank) and took all his critters and stuff and added it to the new sump(and there was a lot of goggas in his sump)

OK, that explains it... should be fine then :)

Hope you come right with the corals you're looking for.

Sean, I am seriously considering selling ALL of my corals and going with a fish only tank, I will take some pics and you can see if you like anything.

I want, I want!!!!!!

Think we should change this thread to "Corals Sean and Shaun want"

He He, maybe you must start asking, cause this thread's been running for ages, and still nothing, maybe they like you more....LoL

OR YOU CAN BUY HALF AND I THE OTHER HALF, THEN WE EACH FRAG AND SWOP:whistling:

Lol, I am still waiting, but a couple of members changed their minds, on selling their stuff...Pity for me but I suppose to the good for their own tanks. Read the thread from the start and you'll see

I did, sorry you have to struggle so much - all those corals would sure make a great addition to your allready awesome tank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS: That star is so huge, if he would make a u-turn in my tank I will probably trip over one of its legs trying to feed my fish...:)
