Bru's Soopa syze

Tank is still curing and the drain has now been put in ... Clean up of the tank is happening now and there will be a re seal tomorrow.

Most of the plastics are here now for the plumbing - lights - working on this now while we cant do anything else ! Have the connection into the rafters done - and have the wire coming down - using a temp piece of wood while I decide what material to use to hang the LED units onto - I have these 2 LED units and there is another one on my existing tank that will move later ...

check out Halidam rails
Makes it easier to just slide the light out of the way when you do something.

ARE YOU SURE that that floor will hold that weight?? @ Seank Maybe you can advise?

When I saw the picture of the slab, I had the same thought. Will this slab hold the weight? Especially after digging underneath it for the plumbing. :whistling:

Hey @bru, looking good!

What thickness did you/Eurospirit decide to go on the glass?

B T W Eurospirit are out the equation - what a waste of time !! What a waste of time !

Ja the bracing went on last night - will send an update later

The tank is being built by professionals - they did the 2nd seal last night and spend 8 hours cleaning and polishing it -

I'm not saying anything.:whistling:

Measured it again - with a proper rule - its between 12 and 15mm

Please no offense, but with a proper ruler it would be either 12 or 15mm;)

If it's really 15mm, than it's all good.

Drain intake - so it fills from the bottom and then goes up -

Sorry, I should not use ForumRunner in the car.

Was meant to say:

Take a look at my For Sale thread http://www.marineaquariumsa.com/showthread.php?t=48601

I am selling my mechanical wave maker. Originally had aspirations for a tank the size of your but reality (mainly gravity) set in so going much smaller and can not fit it in, in my cube.

Was made with a monster tank like yours in mind.
