bristle worms

i just started my tank .noticed a bristle worm on rock .removed rock but worm still inside . how to remove the worm and which worms are good for tank . noticed tiny white and purple worms floating around .are they good or bad . tank is only 3 days old now

Bristle worms are part of the clean up crew. Leave it be.
Can you get a pic of the white and purple worms?

no unfortunately not .they are tiny .less then 1cm they float around in the water then curl up in a circle . some are white . some purple .

Youcan leave the bristleworms. They are good for tank as they feed on the food and other stuff that your fish doesnt finish of
