On the overflow box.
 
Overflow box as in how its built? who builds it? ill pm you the guys contact number and you can speak to him personally,he will have it done to your specific spec. I also recall Reza Exotic has Overflow box, but its not badly priced think its about R350.

Because the water flow between the tank and sump is to slow for my liking and the overflow is not capable of handling a stronger flow, otherwise the tank overflows as in over the rim.
