We collected 500L straight out the ocean(from Brighton Beach. What a mission carrying 20 X 25L drums up the beach. My mate borrowed me his 500L JoJo.)
The fish I had in my small tank in the bedroom.(they so happy now)
It is running good.
Just Dont know if I need to add more current to the Tank. I suppose only time will tell.

This was before I got the 66KG of live Rock.

Your rock stack looks a bit like the tower of Pizza
How secure is it?

Bye bye small fish awesome treat for the lionfish. . Nice setup but the lionfish will eat the small fish also look into getting a good skimmer

the stack is secure, I made sure it will not fall over.

The skimmer is working overtime. When I can afford a decent one I will get one.

The lion fish is still very small, I will get rid of it when he gets out of line, then again I can also get a small snowflake eel, which I am holding out on cause I am not sure on which route I want to take!!

prittes or predators??

speak to Marco from water boy got a cracker deal on a bubble mangus from him works like a dream

3 point contact on all layers

Sure but hermits and urchins and children bumping into your tank may foil your plans. That stack will look fantastic when it's covered in coral but none of us wish you a floor full of ocean.

Maybe stick pratley putty into each contact point including below the sand around the base rocks onto the glass. Won't change the look, you can do it below water without removing anything from your tank and it will cover with coraline in now time.

Just look at one of the pratley putty threads.

Or not. :peroni:

Or get plastic rods. Drill hole right through the rocks and slide them onto the plastic rod like a sosatie.

The lion fish is still very small

That lion fish is the same size as the other fish in your tank. It will 100% try and eat any fish the same size as it. Its only a matter of time before you start losing your nice fish.

i have to agree , and i love predators , those anthias wont be around too much longer , most om my guys excluding the panther grouper will take fish their own size
