What eats these naturally

Hi guys my tank is riddled with these worms ( I guess ) is there anything I can buy that will naturally eat them? Thanks

I would be more concerned about the algae on the rock than those.

Its currently getting better it was a lot worse.. I have bio cubes and an algae scrubber running to fix algae

I also had a loads. They seem to lessen as the tank gets older, but I still have a lot. Why do you want them gone?

I like them, they give the tank life. They filter the water as well.
