Velvet disease treatment

Hi.I have a clownfisg which looks like it may have velvet disease.What are treatments for this type of disease.Thank you.

Velvet or whitespot.

And is it still with us, Velvet is a fast killer.

Share some pics!! Had velvet 3 months ago. Wiped out all except purple tang. Lost about 9 fish and decided to flush tank and all live rock with chlorine. I tried to quarantine the infected fish but the virus was just so damn fast.

Only proven med that works for Velvet is copper. Just never add it to the display tank. And then to leave display tank without fish for a month or 2, the life cycle of velvet isn't extremely long from what I remember, so keeping your tank fishless for a month should do it. White spot requires a longer fallow period though.

That looks more like white spot, bigger spots than velvet or brook. Doesn't look like deadly numbers of parasites yet. How are the other fish?
