Guys I just feel I have to say this, if you are buying a second hand OR lightbar check with me before you do, If you offer me the serial number of the unit I can have Orphek check their records to see if it is a warranty or replacement unit which can save you A LOT of trouble.

At present (and this is not a sales pitch) I WOULD NOT ADVISE BUYING SECOND HAND LIGHTBAR'S!
There are many units in the market at present that were from a failed batch in 2022/23 which have not been repaired properly and are failing causing further distrust in the brand..

Despite Orphek offering FREE replacements for any failures that we identified as an issue as a result from our side.

I would really like to help you ensure you get a good working light.. So please take me up on the offer!
Pop me a mail with a picture of the serial number to leslie@orphek.com , if you have damaged lightbars you would like to sell because you dont want to replace them I'm happy to negotiate a fair price for them.

And if you are needing a repair (even if you bought the unit second hand) contact me and lets get it fixed propperly, im sure I can try at the very least get you a discount on some of the replacement parts but this will be at the discretion of Orphek..

If you buy NEW at least I KNOW I can look after you, buying second hand makes this probability 50/50 and there may be a part payment necessary (in most cases 50% of the product value) + shipping applicable.
