The Orphek LED light Clan

Leslie,

I'd like to thank you for awesome service.

One the leds died on my Icon. The light is more than a year old already, and out of warranty. A new led board was shipped to me within 4 days.

I must compliment you on the excellent after sales service.

Many people associate the lunar mode primarily with coral spawning,

but its major advantage lies in the creation of a 24-hour program, which combines daylight and moonlight in a cycle.

This not only aligns with the natural biological rhythms of corals While many believe that the lunar mode is primarily for coral spawning,

its key advantage lies in the establishment of a 24-hour program combining both daylight and moonlight, mirroring the moon's cycle.

This synchronization aids in resetting the natural biological clocks of not only corals but also fish.

Another proven advantage is its contribution to macrobiology.

In this scenario, bacteria capitalize on the minimal energy produced by nighttime light, which also aids in stabilizing the reef after dark.

The Orphek iCon system stands alone in its capacity to perform these functions.

It is the only full-spectrum dimming system capable of dimming below 1% without inducing photosynthesis at night. Therefore, Orphek remains unrivaled in its field!

@orphek.led Natura Icon. I raise the curtain a little and show you more details of this exciting novelty capable of anything. A quadrant of 13 x 6 6-watt LEDs with redesigned lenses for the best fusion of colors and light dispersion in the aquarium with a coverage unique in its size.
With measurements of 36cm x 20cm, it aims to position itself between the Altantik Compact and the Atlantik Icon, but with some qualities that make it unique. It will possibly be a great puzzle for those who have to decide when it goes on sale. Without a doubt it will be a very special screen to live with his sisters, since it DOES NOT replace them.
Remember to follow me to know all the details that I will reveal during these days.

Here is a beautiful system belonging to Andrew Hoare (affectionately known as "Boomer" by us oldies) from Frags for Africa rocking an amazing system using Orphek OR3 lightbars! I built this system for him some 17 years ago and he has had most lights of the various era's over his system. It has never looked as colourful and as vibrant as it does now! Make no mistake Boomer is an amazing and talented aquarist and an exceptional reefkeeper and i feel his talents have been accurately aliened with the correct lighting!
Would you believe that this system was almost destroyed by our recent floods whereby the river water rose just short of 5cm from the top of his sump? luckily the rain stopped and water subsided, but this is not Boomers first scare of ultimate loss through the years!
Thank you to Andrew for flying the flag very high for us here in South Africa.
