Live rock in JHB

Hi,

I am a newcomer to this forum and to reefkeeping... I am currently busy setting up my first tank, a "nano" reef tank at 40gal/150L. I am pretty much sorted on equipment for the time being and it is time to set things up and cycle the tank with some live rock. But before I get there, I need a good source of live rock in JHB/PTA. I am looking to buy in bulk, and am I correct in assuming I would need at least 20kg for a tank of my capacity ? Any recommendations ?
