Dude, I am no engineer, but just something to always consider when trying to fit the Pacific Ocean in room, is the weight of that setup...
Make sure the foundations can handle that.
Remember, you already have like 12tons of R100 notes lying behind the counter from all the money you make, this tank might have serious issues on the building foundation.
Don't want to handle a total loss insurance claim - let's keep it at laptops...![]()

We are not to worried about it...., thats why we got you![]()

you must be a poletisionYou'd be surprised... Insurance covers unforseen and unexpected losses - not stupidity...
But really, just make sure, it would be a waste (and a difficult claim to have paid out) if you spend all that money to build it, just to have the foundations collapse beneath it...
Don't think you will have a problem as the foundations are built for a two story building, but just get the owner to get you the plans of the building and ask a civil engineer or someone whether it would be fine. Rather play it safe.
I can also be a drol and let the insurer endorse your policy to force you to have this report done. You can then offer me 50% discount on everything and I can have this endorsment waived...![]()
