Have been reading here for some time since I joined, wanting to start a marine tank eventually.

Managed to get a really good deal on a secondhand TL-550 which is perfect for me to start with since I have limited space available (still running 2m and 1.2m freshwater tanks at the moment too).

@Bradwin - no point in pics yet, took my time cleaning everything and testing.

Filled with water and running, but nothing else yet, need to get rock and scape, going to take it slow on this one.

First scape attempt done, water still cloudy from the aragonite.

Never been good at taking photos of my tanks, need to practice that.

Will be a while before there are any new photos.

I'm sure there are others still in hiding. If there is one, there could be more.

Added CUC yesterday, Cleaner Shrimp, Banded Coral Shrimp, Blue Legged Hermit and a Turbo Snail for now.

So far all looking happy.

Will wait for a while now, then look at what's next.
