Hi guys

Since I'm new on MASA I thought I'd post some pics of my tank.

This was my first tank when I started in 2006. Hardly anything in there. I bought the clowns, live rock and shrimps from a guy at work.

Just before I moved to the new one, this is what it looked like.

Now to get that big tank on the right to where the one on the left is standing... not a easy job...

All the livestock, corals and water put one side. Not ideal but it's all i had.

The old tank. Needs a bit of cleaning up. Also had a funky smell to it...

With the lights on and all the liverock, corals and fish dumped in. They couldn't survive any longer in the temporary holding buckets.

The sump. It's actually my old 1.2 up top that was converted to a sump. Yes I know the DSB needs more. It's still work in progress. :)

very VERY cool man! thank for all the pics!!!

Very nice looking tank, there seem to be quite a few hidden gems in Cape Town.

Very nice JD looks great, did the changeover go smoothly? anything you would do differently next time?

Wee-Man, I only lost one cleaner shrimp in the process. But this was due to my inexperience in migrating tanks. The problem was that I had to put the new tank on the spot where the old one was. If that wasn't the case I think everything would have gone more smoothly. All in all i think it went well. It was just one heck of a long day!! :p

Very nice dude!
I don't want to connect to MASA because of people like you...:(
I really do get so bloody "jaloers" if i see setups like these..
But all in all - good for you mate!!
