Hi guys

I've recently got this RODI system from puritech 75 GPD RO for marine, I've also purchased an additional filter chamber for DI resin. So my setup currently includes a sediment filter > carbon block, 75 GPD membrane > DI resin chamber (see pictures included). From what I can tell, there is no flush valve on any sort . It is plumbed into the same pipe that feeds water to the geyser. Currently TDS readings are around 0,56 ppm after the DI resin chamber..... everything is brand new and freshly installed. From what I can see everything seems to be installed correctly, even tho my TDS reading should be closer to 0 ppm after the DI resin chamber.

I wanted to know if my clean water is supposed to be coming out so slowly whilst my waste water gushes out? Do I perhaps need a booster pump? Currently the system can fill a 1,5 litre jug in around 13 minutes.

I pulled my hair out before I had a booster pump.

Took forever to fill tanks up. And only got slower as filters got dirtier

Would reccomend a booster pump

I ended up buying a system with a booster pump installed and made the world of difference

Well I managed to improve the output of clean RODI water as I had the flow restrictor in the wrong place. Although waste water comes out alot slower and clean filtered water is slightly quicker, the TDS is still around 0,58 ppm, even with completely new DI resin. Not sure if I need a larger flow restrictor (currently it is a "flow 300" restrictor)?

what is the TDS of your waste water and what is the TDS of the water before it hits the DI Chamber?

Waste water is at around 1.22 ppm. I had an issue where the TDS after the RO membrane was 0.54 ppm and then after the DI resin it went up to 0.64 ppm, realised the DI chamber was the wrong way up. Now after the DI resin the TDS continues to drop the longer I leave it, currently at 0.20 ppm.
