To raise clownfish you have to have a good rotifer culture going, which is usually fed by phytoplankton. Typically the parents are not good parents the first few times they lay eggs. This gives you time to prepare for a good batch. The eggs usually hatch a few hours after lights out. You will need to collect the larvae and move them to a tank by themselves. Once they are larger they will be able to take newly hatched brine shrimp. Clownfishes by Joyce Wilkerson is an excellent book that will help you a lot.
