Well it depends if you want SPS all over the tank. I suppose you could your light hungry creatures just on one side of the tank, but it might look a little weird

I am led to believe that just normal everyday glass is all that is required.

Venture Lighting sells 10 000 and 20 000k bulbs for the 400 watt osram unit. Only R385.00 per lamp.

Hi guys - as far as I can remember (people please correct me here if I am wrong), and also - please note that I don't use Venture at this stage - people who DO indeed use Venture Metal Halide globes (Puppy use to - before he switched to other globes) say that Venture globes show far more BLUE than for example BLV globes.....

There's nothing wrong with the Venture globes, as far as I know...... It still works a charm.

I also think that ReefManiac have used Venture globes for a very long time....
