The Tank will have four Pvc pipes 2 the sump, on will be a return coming through the hole in the overflow pane.
2 for the overflow to the sump, durso style
1 for the electric cables to the lighting

350 -400mm however that might help you
Cos the skimmers are rated by litres, once you know the volume of the tank you can work out what size skimmer is required - rather than choosing one that fits.

I am going for the biggest one that will fit
No serious it will be 120 litres max, not many skimmers for smaller than that

Kanga and Angry, unless you intend to mad on sps, T5's will be plenty and it will ease the load on your chiller, if you look at Heline (Seashell) her tank is only T5's and it looks fantastic, they are 10,000k tubes and she is looking at some SPS too.

I too am a T5 type dude, I have 8 x T5's over my normal tank, and the Sps do well, but the idea here is that with a not to deep tank, approx 35 cm water if you take water level to subtrate, i would like to go with T8's. Which would make it more affordable to a newcomer on a limited budget.
i.e. he could put 2 x 2ft T8's in to start and when he has cash add another 2 etc
So on that note I am also seriously thinking of of putting a jebo skimmer in and making it work.
