19 mm glass

Ok, this is what I have received so far (quotation wise). The cheapest on 19mm thick glass that I can get is R2400.00 per square meter. It is clear float glass and SABS approved. Anyone that can beat the price, please let me know as I will definately take it as I am getting really close to my D- Day. Please reply
 
I will post pics of the tank guys when I have completed the engine room.I will post a full series of pics.
Yes Acrylic can scratch easily however you have to know how to treat it.
Use acrylic safe materials/magnets when cleaning and if I do get a scratch I have a few acrylic scratch repair kits that can even be used under water.
For me the benefits of going Acrylic far outweigh the limitations esp for the larger tanks.

Price per square meter equivalent to the pressure that I need on a 19mm thick glass panel please Flappy???? And please elaborate on the difference as I understand the colour spectrum, but with lights on, I still cannot see the difference???? Or am I blind here????
